Conscious Coloring Pages

These aren't your ordinary coloring pages! I did my best to create things I'd never seen before and seamlessly integrate fun with valuable wellness tools. There are 33 different designs included, some general wellness and some organized by the individual chakras.

Using card decks is one of the simplest and most fun ways to share valuable, in-depth exercises and concepts with kids. It's also one of the reasons I can't seem to stop creating them! Intro to the Chakras System

I'm excited about this most recent evolution of my unique system for introducing the chakra system to kids. You'll receive: the mini-quest to introduce chakras and chakra balancing, the 7 'Get to Know Your Chakras' Discovery Quests, and the Camp Chakra Kids map, a visual guide for determining which 'chakra camp' would be best to visit (i.e. which chakra needs to be balanced).

Empowerment Quest Series

This series of guides is the first product I created for the Chakra Kids. It's an empowerment program within an empowerment program! I've chosen relevant themes and created a flow of self-discovery exercises and project-based learning, concluding with reflection on not only future applications for oneself, but included with equal importance, how you'll share your knowledge to help others. There are also accompanying parent guides to share with families. 

Self-Care Clubhouse Kit

My newest creation- I refer to the Self-Care Clubhouse as the evolution to the 'Calm Corner' our New Earth kids need. It encourages children to create a sacred space to connect with their inner spirit and balance the full spectrum of their emotions.

  • I've designed the curriculum specifically to be most ideal for ages 8-12, to help them build the tools they need BEFORE they go over the bridge into their teens.

    Yet, there are younger and older students who have and can benefit from these materials. The age group I've targeted also makes it easier to adapt to other ages of children.

    There are also neurodivergent adults who have found success with the curriculum and characters.

    Everything inside Camp Chakra Kids also happens to be excellent for inner child healing work.
